The last regular workout of the spring schedule will be on Wednesday June 30th. This will be a track workout at the Grant Park Track at 6pm.
There will be no workout on Thursday July 1st.
The Tribalistic Summer Schedule will begin on Tuesday July 6th and run until Thursday August 12th. Workouts will take place on Tuesday and Thursday evenings beginning at 6pm. All workouts will begin at the Assiniboine Park Duck Pond.
Tuesday evenings will be focused on longer aerobic and tempo type efforts and intervals. Most will be individual efforts in aerobars.
Thursday evenings will be focused on speed! These workouts could include sprints, circuits or laps or short intervals.
Athletes are encouraged to brick both the Tuesday and Thursday. Either plan to partner with another athlete or just run on your own once you reach home.
Workouts will vary throughout the summer depending on where the workout falls in the Triathlon MB race season.
After August 12th, which is the last workout before the end of the Triathlon MB race calendar, everyone is encouraged to keep fit and active with some daily activity until regular workouts resume in October.
