Picnic Brunch

Join us on Sunday October 30th for the first B-RUN-ch of the year.
We'll be starting from the Assiniboine Park Duck Pond at 9am (you can run or bike to get there!).  Do a brief dynamic warm up before setting off in duration and pace groups.

The picnic-potluck-brunch will be held at 536 Niagara Street at 11am. Please enter via the "North" door (side).  Bring along your favourite picnic blanket, beach towel or yoga mat as we are without furniture, but have plenty of picnic space!

Ladies Night

The first Thursday of each month is now Ladies Night!! Join Coach Melanie LeClaire for a ladies only workout on the Bike and Run.  Meet at 6pm in the Pan Am Pool Lower MPR Room. Enjoy a fun indoor triathlon related workout.

First Ladies Night is Thursday November 3rd.
Second Ladies Night is Thursday December 1st.

Brrrrrrunch

Did someone say Brunch?!!  Gee, it's been a while.

First Potluck Brunch of the 2012 training season is scheduled for Sunday October 30th.

Run start at 9:00 at the Assiniboine Park Duck Pond Shelter.

Final location of the brunch to follow...we're hoping to have a nice day and remain in the Duck Pond Shelter...Update will follow by Saturday October 29th, please check back!
